\nThis page describes the management of the processing of personal data of users who consult the site “Archivio Storico Diocesano Reggio Calabria-Bova”.

Titolar treatment is the Historical Archive of the Diocesan Archives Reggio Calabria-Bova., located in via Tommaso Campanella, 63 – 89127 Reggio Calabria.<\/p>\n

RESPONSABLE TREATMENT<\/h4>\n

Treatment managers are dott. Maria Pia Mazzitelli, to which the person concerned can contact to request information relating to personal data and for feedback in case of exercise of the rights referred to in GDPR.
\nThe data will be processed by the Data Controller’s personnel, after the appointment of the employees and collaborators interested in data processors. Any third parties to whom the data may be disclosed for processing operations connected with the purposes specified in this information notice, will be previously designated by the Data Controller as Data Processors in accordance with the GDPR. The data will not be disseminated.<\/p>\n

DATA TREATMENT PLACE<\/h4>\n

The processing of data related to web services takes place in the headquarters of the Historical Archive Diocesan of Reggio Calabria-Bova and is handled by technical staff in charge of processing.<\/p>\n

TIPOLOGY OF DATA TREATED AND FINALITY OF TREATMENT<\/h4>\n

All personal data provided through the site will be treated lawfully and correctly in order to provide the requested services and to respond to users’ communications and questions, always in pursuit of the purposes of Archive Diocesan and as provided for by law.<\/p>\n

\nHowever, in case of failure to provide the data marked as mandatory in the application forms, the Historical Archive Diocesan will not be able to provide the user with the requested service.<\/p>\n

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they have been collected in accordance with the art. 11, point. (e) the Code. The Archive Diocesan adopts specific security measures to protect the collected data, in order to avoid the risks of loss or theft of data, unauthorized access, illegal and incorrect use.<\/p>\n

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED RIGHTS<\/h4>\n

Users can exercise their rights at any time, in order to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and to know both its content and origin, verify its accuracy and request its modification, updating or integration.
\nThe user may also request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
\nRequests should be addressed to the data controller using the following contact details: archiviodiocesano.rcb@gmail.com<\/a>. The user may also ask for an updated list of all the persons in charge of the data processing appointed by the Data Controller.<\/p>\n
